At Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning we believe in creating better golfers by improving all aspects of your fitness from strength, mobility and flexibility all with the aim to make you the best golfer you can be.

What We Do

Our training system is designed with years of experience and expert knowledge of the golf swing, anatomy & biomechanics. Our bespoke programmes are created entirely to your needs, maximising the results you achieve. We work with the best PGA Professionals, Physiotherapists and Sports Nutritionists to develop your game to the highest level.

Assess

We will screen you using the accredited TPI (Titlesist Performance Institute) screening system. This helps us highlight any physical limitations that maybe holding back your golf swing.

Train

Our experienced trainers will coach and guide you through your sessions, motivating you to the next level.

Review

We will review your progress and track your results, re-assessing and testing where necessary to constantly improve your game.


HIT THE BALL FURTHER

Nobody wants to hit it shorter!! More strength means greater capacity to generate club head speed, transferring into longer drives and overall gains in distance.


IMPROVED TECHNIQUE

The better your body moves the easier it is to get the club in ideal positions more often, therefore developing a swing that is consistent and repeatable. A consistent golf swing often means improvements in strike, accuracy and ball flight.


REDUCE INJURIES

Golfers are always at risk of injury due to the repetitive nature of the swing. When the body is immobile it has to compensate for the lack of movement. It’s the compensations that cause injuries. The better your body moves, the less it has to compensate, greatly reducing the chances of injury.
